Ohlone College Cypress Mandela Training Center offers a FREE 16-week pre-apprenticeship program for Bay Area men and women ages 18 and older. This program is both hands-on and in the classroom. Students will be prepared for skilled trades jobs that are relevant to today’s construction industry.
Job Corps Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 50 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment. Job Corps has trained and educated over two million individuals since 1964.
Mission Valley ROP Leader In Career Technical Education Mission Valley ROP is a provider of career training for high tech and high demand fields! In existence for over forty years, MVROP has been instrumental in preparing students for successful business, medical, and technical careers. Operating under a partnership with Fremont, New Haven, and Newark Unified School Districts, approximately 4,000 students (adult and high school) participate each year in ROP’s exemplary educational programs.
